The Event!
Join us on March 5th, at the West Warwick Public Library, for our upcoming Housing & Homelessness Data Sharing Event, an opportunity to review and discuss the findings from our recent housing needs assessment. It will feature a data “gallery walk” and a panel discussion featuring housing and outreach experts, local leaders, and people with lived experience of homelessness. Food and refreshments will be provided!
Understanding the Housing Crisis

Rhode Island is facing a housing crisis, with 2,442 people experiencing homelessness as of January 2024.

Unsheltered homelessness in Rhode Island has increased by 394% since 2020, one of the highest increases in the country.

Nearly 48% of people experiencing homelessness in Rhode Island are chronically homeless — the second-highest rate in the nation.
